Rates:

$140/night or $840/week plus taxes for up to four adults

​

$10 per night for each additional adult

​

Maximum occupancy 8 people (adults and children under 18)

​

Minimum 2 night rental

​

$250 security deposit

​

50% due at time of booking, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival

​

Cancellation Policy:

​

Prior to 30 days before check in, full refund

Less than 30 days: 50% of rental fee will be charged unless possible to reschedule
